We need the exact name, serial number and date of manufacture of the product.

 

This information can be found on the nameplate (on the back of the unit near the power connection).

Standard Support :

 

Monday - Thursday 8.00 AM - 18.00 PM and Friday 8.00 AM - 16.00 PM.

 

On weekends and public holidays will be no processing of standard support requests.
