Very robust diaphragm dispensing valve.
Due to its simple design this valve is very easy to handle and simple to maintain.
The membrane is made of Teflon and the through-flow body is made of stainless steel.
The through-flow body is equipped with a heating.
The temperature range can be adapted to customer requirements.
The heating control system monitors and controls the valve set temperature with an accuracy of up to + /-1K.
The valve lift is adjustable and can optionally be monitored by a sensor (dispensing control).
