UV-E 400B
Drawer/Irradiation chamber with 450W emitters.
The drawer is loaded with the products to be irradiated and pushed into the system, where it is automatically locked and the irradiation commenced.
The integral UV lamp is fitted with a shutter and only after the drawer is locked in position can radiation be emitted following the automatic opening of the shutter system.
Should the door be forcibly opened during irradiation, the UV emitter is automatically switched off.
There is an integral power-monitoring UV sensor and if the measured UV output falls below a set value, an alarm is generated.
The system has a small SPS with a display. The required irradiation time can be set and the time already expired is displayed.
There is also a permanently running operating hours clock and an operating hours clock which can be reset.
The irradiation procedure can be stopped if necessary by means of a push button.
