Double Hot Bar Soldering System with rotary table.

Soldering system for different soldering tasks and different products.

Exchangeable product jigs and soldering bars. In just a few minutes the whole system can be converted to handle a different product type.

The product- specific jigs are easy to change over.

The turntable is electrical driven.

First of all, flux is applied onto the joint components (soldering area and stranded wires) with a profiled dispensing nozzle (MV2000 dispensing valve).

Both the flux unit and the soldering unit are fixed to an x-axis. The units are moved above the jig as required.

After the flux process, the hot bar soldering process takes place.

System is equipped with an automatic cleaning station for the soldering bar and an automatic Kapton foil feeder.

The cleaning process takes place during the flux application and, therefore, does not affect cycle time.

Hot Bar Soldering System for the integration in a customized production system (rotary index table).

Quadruple flux and Hot Bar Soldering unit.

All units are suspended and controlled separately.

Patented flux applicators are supplied with flux by a pressure tank dispensing system.

The soldering units are equipped with both path and force measuring during the process.

Two soldering heads are equipped with a Kapton foil feeder.

System is a completely independent unit with separate control and communication to the main installation.

Hot Bar Soldering System (Inline-edition) with two working stations.

Adaptation to a Bosch linear transfer system.

The transport of the jigs is from the left to the right with automatic indexing of the jigs in the stations.

The products placed on the jigs are soldered in two separate stations.

The first Hot Bar Soldering station is equipped with one soldering bar, the second station has two soldering bars.

Each soldering bar is controlled separately and, therefore, can be set depending on different product specifications.

Path sensors on each soldering unit measure the height of the products and detect the sinking paths of the soldering bars into the melting soldering pot.

System is equipped with possibilities for communication and data logging (traceability).
