UV-P 280-4

UV point emitter system which can be connected to up to 4 optic cables, each of 5m diameter (active core diameter).

Connection to multiple fibre cables is also possible.

The UV radiation produced by the point emitter is coupled into two optic cables (one at the front and one at the back of the instrument) Both cables can be controlled separately.

Irradiation is started by means of a foot switch and irradiation times can be programmed at each cable connection.

Optionally, sensors can be incorporated to monitor the aperture opening.

UV-A filter caps are also optionally available.

UV-P 280-6 (with chamber)

Irradiation system with a 6-point point emitter system and irradiation chamber.

Six optical cables carry the required UV radiation into the chamber and onto the product (UV adhesive curing).

The products to be irradiated are loaded into the chamber on a carrier.

The door of the chamber is closed and automatically locked.

Radiation takes place for a set period.

A safety plate in the door blocks any radiation from escaping.

UV-P 280-2

UV point emitter system for connection to two optical cables each of 8mm diameter (active core diameter)
The connection of multi-fibre fibre optic cables is also possible.

The UV radiation produced by the point emitter is coupled into two optic cables (one at the front and one at the back of the instrument) Both cables can be controlled separately.

At a workplace where two point light instruments are needed, two tasks can be carried out independently of each other with one device by using a UV-P 280-2.
